What are Generic Drugs? What is the difference between generic and brand named drugs?

Although generic drugs are chemically identical to their branded counterparts, they are typically sold at substantial discounts from the branded price. What is the difference between prescription, non-prescription and other pharmacy items?

Many medications are supplied by a pharmacist only after a prescription has been supplied by a medical practitioner or dentist. Non-prescription and other pharmacy items are grouped into "medicines" - meaning medication not requiring a script, and "other" - meaning assorted remaining pharmacy items.

Do I need a prescription to purchase certain drugs at your Online Pharmacy?

No, you do not need a prescription to order medicines from our online drugstore. We only offer medicines that can be prescribed from online consultations; therefore, we carry a limited inventory of medications. All orders ship in discreet packaging not mentioning the contents of the shipment, for your privacy. We ship the pills in containers which are put into dense brown-paper envelops.

Are there any limits on the quantity I may purchase at any given time? Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

Due to US FDA regulations you may only purchase a maximum of a 3 months supply of each of the medications. However you could form one order consisting of various drugs. The order amount includes drug cost, delivery cost and transaction fee, thus you will be able to save on delivery and transaction fees, if purchasing more at once. At this time, we only sell items that are listed on this Website. Our product line is determined by the manufacturers we deal with. However we would appreciate if you would inform us of the medications you would like to have available. How do I know what the recommended dose is for my medication?

The general usage instructions are provided on our site separately for each medication. Additionally, you will receive an information leaflet along with your shipment. However, in most cases you should get a consultation from your local healthcare specialist as the dose is based on your current state of health and individual contra-indications.

How many doses are there in one pill?

The correct dosage of an active ingredient is specified in the product's full title followed by 'mg' (milligramme). Pay attention to the dosage before putting any item into the Shopping cart.

What would happen if I overdose?

Each medication should be taken very accurately and in strict accordance with the usage instructions or physician's prescription. Read the drug information leaflet before taking the medication. If you overdose you should immediately contact your local healthcare specialist.

What happens if I take an expired term medicine?

Medicines with an expired term will not harm you, however you may not get the intended medical benefit of the product, either.

What are your shipping regulations? How long does it take to deliver?

We offer two Shipping Methods. Regular airmail (about 14-21 days) and courier delivery via USPS (EMS) (about 5-12 days). The choice of your preferred shipping method should be made during the Online registration process. The cost and the delivery term (from 5 days up to 3 weeks) depends on the method you select. Do you offer express delivery?

We offer courier delivery by USPS. Courier delivery costs $20-40 USD and the delivery time is typically 7 days. It can be up to 14 days depending on the destination region. The shipment Tracking Code is provided to you so you can easily track your order, if needed. Your parcel is delivered directly to your door.

I ordered, but I still haven't received my order.

If you ordered using the express delivery method, you can use your Delivery tracking code to check the current delivery status. If you chose standard airmail delivery, it could take up to 30 days for your order to be delivered. If the parcel does not arrive within this term, you should contact your local postal office. If they confirm that the parcel has not been delivered, we will re-ship the order to you FREE of any charge. A very small percentage of orders are lost, so it is not a likely scenario. However, if the original order subsequently arrives as well as the re-shipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us. We always try to resolve any problems in a fair and reasonable manner and to the best of our ability.

How can I track my order?

If you ordered using express delivery method, you can use your Delivery tracking code to check the current delivery status. You will find your Tracking code in your Customer Area and in the notification letter, which is sent to you automatically, right after the shipment goes out.

What is CVV2 in the registration form?

The CVV2/CVC2 is a new authentication procedure established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It helps ascertain that the customer placing the order actually possesses the credit/debit card and that the card account is legitimate. This new feature is a 3 or 4-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. Therefore, the CVV code is not part of the card number itself. The back panel of most Visa cards contain, on the signature panel the full 16-digit account number, followed by the CVV/CVC code. Some banks, though, only show the last four digits of the account number followed by the code.
